Carlton & Co Construction have been awarded the contact to fit out Phase 2 of The Enterprise HUB at Aycliffe Business Park. CEO Norman Peterson comments, “We are delighted that our partners, Gladman Developments, have released Phase 2 of The HUB and awarded our construction division the fit out contact. The construction work will safeguard up to 10 jobs in the local supply chain and create an additional 9 office spaces for growing businesses and 8 ‘enterprise pods’ for start up businesses.”
Phase 2 of The Enterprise HUB will provide quality office space for up to 17 businesses and employing around 45 staff on Aycliffe Business Park.
